1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- If a product is used, opened beyond resellable condition, or damaged by the customer, it cannot be returned unless it is defective upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
🚫 Opened supplements (for hygiene and safety reasons)
🚫 Products damaged by the customer after delivery
🚫 Clearance or sale items
🚫 Gift cards or promotional items
3. Return Process
1️⃣ Contact Us: Email info@giftedbynature.co.za within 7 days of purchase to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
3️⃣ Shipping Back the Item: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping fees.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you will need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Gifted By Nature reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
